    Yes, but we may not be able to guarantee the project. It is best to contact us before you buy. If you provide us with the hardware details we can give you a well informed answer or recommend alternatives. Contact us.
  • 3. How long will it take to install a security system?
    We will provide a customized assesment of the time it will take once we complete a site survey of the facility. This is true for all of our installations as we present clear and realistic expectations. Most project are completed before schedule.
  • 4. What's a rough estimate on installing a 4 camera system?
    Based on the locations of the cameras, the type of cameras and the purpose of the system it can range from the hundreds to the thousands. It is best to have us come out and do an estimate.
  • 5. What warranty do you offer?
    All of our systems come with the manufacturer standard warranty that includes a 90 day installation warranty. Extended warranties are available. All Axis systems come with a 1 year warranty.
  • 6. What is the difference between a wired and wireless cameras?
    A wired camera is connected directly to a local area network via a wire. A wireless camera does not require a cable but it will require wifi connectivity to operate within the serviced area, and a power outlet or batteries to power the camera.
  • 7. Does a wifi system require internet service?
    If you want to be able to connect to the internet a wifi system requires internet service from an internet service provider.
  • 8. Will I be able to store all the video and for how long?
    Based on the type of system, you will have a local hard drive that will store all recordings. Depending on the method used for capturing your recording it can be stored for weeks or months. There are different options available. Contact us for more details
  • 9. Will I be able to monitor my security system from my cell phone?
    Yes. All our camera systems allow notifications to your smartphone. Internet is required.
  • 10. How much will it cost to install a basic security system?
    We invite you to browse through our online store to choose from our variety of products and services. We can also customize an offer for your specific security requirements. A basic system installation is free.
